Join Our Affiliate Program

These Terms govern your participation in The Funded Partner Affiliate & Referral Program ("Program"). By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Definitions

Affiliate – An approved promoter of The Funded Partner products.

Referred Trader – A new customer who signs up and pays using your referral link.

Commission – The reward earned for valid referrals.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and have no prior bans from The Funded Partner programs.

The Funded Partner may approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to promote The Funded Partner accurately, ethically, and legally.

3.1 Advertising & Financial Promotion Rules

To comply with UK and EU (including CySEC-aligned) guidelines, Affiliates must:

• Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or guaranteed-profit claims
• Clearly state that trading carries risk
• Not imply that The Funded Partner reduces trading risk
• Not create content that appears to be official The Funded Partner communication
• Ensure all posts, ads, and content are fair, balanced, and not targeted at vulnerable individuals
• Avoid providing any form of investment advice

If in doubt, Affiliates should use descriptions provided by The Funded Partner.

3.2 Prohibited Marketing

Affiliates may not:

• Use The Funded Partner branded keywords in ads (e.g., "The Funded Partner", "The Funded Partner challenge", "The Funded Partner coupon", etc.)
• Bid on or target misspellings/variations of The Funded Partner branded terms
• Use coupon sites or fake discount codes
• Use spam, bots, fake traffic, or mass unsolicited messaging
• Create domains or social profiles resembling The Funded Partner
• Make comparisons that misrepresent The Funded Partner or competitors

Any breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 40% commission on the referred trader's purchase.

There is no limit to the number of referred traders.

Commission is only earned when the referral signs up, pays, and the payment is fully cleared.

No commission is paid on refunded, reversed, or fraudulent transactions.

Commissions cannot be shared with other affiliates.

5. Payments

Payments are made via the method chosen in your Affiliate dashboard.

The Funded Partner may apply a minimum payout threshold if required.

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

6. Fraud, Abuse & Breach

The Funded Partner may suspend or terminate an Affiliate for:

• Fraudulent sign-ups
• Self-referrals
• Misleading advertising
• Breach of these Terms
• Any behavior damaging The Funded Partner's reputation

Unpaid commissions may be withheld in these cases.

7. Termination

The Funded Partner may terminate an Affiliate's participation at any time.

Upon termination, all promotion must stop immediately.

8. Liability

The Funded Partner is not responsible for technical issues, lost earnings, or tracking errors.

Participation in this Program does not create any partnership or employment relationship.

9. Amendments

The Funded Partner may update these Terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
